Judy's Power Greens Drink
Try this glass full of yumminess for a power boost anytime.
Ingredients
- 2 fresh kiwi or 1 apple, peeled and sliced
- 2 lemons, peeled and halved
- 1 thumb (2 – 4 inch) piece of ginger root, peeled and sliced
- 1 tsp VitaMineral Greens powder by HealthForce, or Broccoli Sprout Powder
- 6 stalks of celery, chopped
- 1 bunch parsley, or 1 tub baby spinach
- 750ml organic coconut water
- Place all ingredients in the blender.
- Once ingredients are in the blender, puree thoroughly! Add additional water, if needed to dilute mixture
- Store greens juice in a stainless-steel jug or glass jars.
- Refrigerate and consume within 3-5 days!!
